So every time that I eat here the food is amazing and the cashier or person ringing me in is rude. I don’t usually leave reviews but I thought why not, this is what this tool is for. They were acting like doing me a favor, LOL, reading through others reviews I can see its all the time. No matter how good your food is you will go down if u act like u hate people. Go do something else. If the owner is not aware of this, they should know before their business dies for no apparent reason. I worked as a cashier and tried to be nice with people not act like an entitled brat. And the system prompts for tips, right:))))) I would tip u if u were at least neutral but not like I am annoying you, LOL

It was a terrible experience here. They provided very bad service and attitudes to customers, and food was just so so. We were not allowed to seat inside the restaurant, and the cashier (a women probably the owner of the restaurant) spoke to us very impatiently. If I could rate ZERO star I would definitely do it! Not recommended to go to this Aloha Ramen.

Went here hoping to get some good quality ramen. However, on arrival when interacting with the staff, she was very short and rude with me. I asked to get two shoyu ramens with Charshu pork and fish cake, but the staff member did not want me to order this and kept insisting that I order something else. I told her I wanted the pork and fish cake with my ramen, and she got exasperated with me and stated fine. She then proceeded to charge me $50 dollars for the order. I was upset and angry with this treatment and just paid the order because I had another customer behind me and I was with my girlfriend.

Useless. I spent 16 dollars on what I thought was Kim Chee Ramen, only to get home and find out it was Kim Chee Udon. Totally different. Useless, threw it in the trash, no comparison between Udon and Ramen. Never ordering from them again. Completely stupid staff.

Got charged take out for bowl because they did haven’t any bowls to use. Where’s your dishwasher? The can beverage was not cold enough, warm-ish so put the beverages earlier or make sure your cooler is working properly. The ramen was tasteless and didn’t get the right noodles. To top it off, only 1 person working the cash register and getting food out. I won’t be going there for sure.
