The staff are wonderful. They are really polite and attentive. I’ve tried many different dishes and never been disappointed. The flavor of every single dish has been awesome, and it’s all been cooked well. The restaurant is really clean. They do a great job of maintaining the booths, bathrooms, and everything else. It’s not super loud in the restaurant, and is always pleasant to be there.

I ordered chashu fried rice and fried chicken. To be honest, I’m disappointed I went to this restaurant a few times before when it first opened. I liked their fried rice, it’s tasty. I ordered the same food I used to get today. The look and the taste all went very down level. I would appreciate pande express’s fried rice compare to this price. The chashu meat is very fat, I understand it supposed to have a bit fat but this is too much fat. The fried rice doesn’t taste good at all): The fried chicken is ok(it doesn’t taste good or bad) but the price for this little box cost $8.

Another ramen review! This was my first time trying One Noodle Bar & it did not disappoint. Service was really quick & our waitress was so great! We had edamame to snack on for a small appetizer. Delicious, as always. We each tried a Tamaki. I tried the AAC (avocado asparagus cucumber) & now that I think about it, it definitely did not have asparagus on it. It was interesting. Fun to try but the seaweed type taco was a little different for me. I’ve just ventured into sushi though, so maybe that’s why it was a little different for me. It fell apart pretty quickly too after the first bite. My friend had the salmon tar tar tamaki. She loved it but agreed that it was hard to eat after the first bite. I also had the veggie ramen with miso broth & it was delicious! I loved all the added items in this dish. The egg was cooked to perfection! The spinach was a nice touch & I actually like liked the tofu added to this dish. The broth had great flavor as well. My friend tried the pork Chasu ramen with Tonkotsu broth & loved it. Both came with a little fish cake. She loved the fish cake, thought it was a great add on to the dish. We also grabbed two mango mochis to go. They were dang good! Fun little ice cream treat for dessert. Would definitely go back! They have a new location in Midvale I would love to try too.

This is my first time ever trying a noodle bar. It was pretty good. Flavorful, the establishment was very clean, no wait time. Staff super friendly and welcoming. I asked what they recommend and the waitress was super knowledgeable and even made sure I had no food allergies. I will return for sure. Great job to the entire staff

We were craving ramen and decided to try this place. We got the baked mussels, edamame and spicy edamame to start. Main entree was the seafood spicy miso ramen, chicken buns, chicken fried rice and wonton spicy miso ramen. Everything was so good! The food was on point and the service was also amazing! She was so friendly and kept the refills coming. We will be back for sure. Highly recommended.

I loved the firecracker roll. Also enjoyed the chicken yakisoba. Hubby tried the wonton ramen and loved it since it wasn’t spicy. We also tried the Japanese soda and it was fun figuring out how to open it. Our waitress offered to help but we did it on our own,lol. She was great too, so friendly and attentive. As we left hubby said it was one of the best meals he had in months. 🙂 Recommended to our friends!

Awesome little Asian spot in West Jordan! We had the ramen and fried rice as well as some tamaki and edamame. The garlic spicy edamame was awesome! Miso ramen was delicious and the fried garlic makes it taste even better. Fried chashu rice had so much meat and was very good too.
