Ordered an appetizer because I’m 8 months pregnant and hadn’t eaten all day- Appetizer didn’t come until the same time as the food, my food order wasn’t even put in, ran out of my side option by the time they finally put my food order in. No money taken off the bill for the fact that I didn’t even have a side or that they didn’t bring my food until ten minutes after everyone else or simply for the inconvenience. My husband asked for a water 3 separate times and it was never brought. Our bills were messed up but at that point no one wanted to bother fixing things because of how bad it was. Worst experience I’ve had here.

This used to be a decent place to sit and enjoy an evening with good food and friends. No longer is that true. All the booths have been removed and replaced by gambling machine. Only enough room to seat 18 people with a table. The customers were extremely loud and not considerate of others. The menu has changed. Only a few different sandwiches. No fries any more, but you do get an enormous amount of potato chips. Waitress never returned to see if we needed another drink or anything. It used to be a place where I could enjoy a variety of food with my family. Now it’s not a place I would take my children for a good burger.

Pretty awesome experience with my first visit. Nachos on special above average, good quality and fresh ingredients. Gyro basket was awesome. Docs sauce is interesting in a good way, tangy honey mustard. Tenderloin steals the show. Different from many places by being a bit thicker and fits nicely on the bun. Tried the special called the Kewanne. Also capped off with superior service from our waitress whom I am calling side ponytail girl, because I didn’t ask her name. She had answers to all our questions. Update: according to my receipt her name was Ashley. Great job Ashley thanks again.

The drinks are the only good thing available since they changed the menu and removed all the delicious fried foods and went with healthier options. Healthier does not always equal better when drunk and craving something good to eat.

So far I’ve been to this location twice. The food is good and the drinks are cold. I feel like this place has a hole-in-the-wall aesthetic. The decor, food, staff… Everything is down to earth and cool.
