If I was the owner of this franchise I would be seriously concerned. These employees are running this business to the grown. Terrible customer service, terrible work ethic and no respect for themselves or the establishment. I will never return here again. Placed my order online only to arrive to the facility to have to wait an additional hour to receive my order. When I finally did receive it, my order was incomplete. The employees were busy laughing, cracking jokes, asking for female customer’s number, and playing loud music with profanity ( there were children in the establishment eating). The manager had no remorse for the wait or incorrect order. If anything, he made it seem like I was bothering him.Terrible attitude. The employees carelessly placed items in the bag and everything was spilled over. I had to hold the mess together because the brown bag had torn at the bottom due to the spill. Save your money, time and sanity, drive the extra miles to a different location. I hope the owner truly does a complete swap out of it’s staff and hires people who truly want a job.

My order was taken at 9:25pm and I waited for almost 40min. As I I asked how long it takes to cook the wing’s they replied with 13min. . I was hopping for common decency but all I received was attitude. I thanked them anyway then left.

Received food 40 minutes AFTER the online ordering confirmation email said it would be ready. And the food was wrong on on top of that. We had already left before we noticed they messed up the order but it wouldnt have mattered anyways because every time I’ve ever tried to get a refund for bad food, the managers wiggle out of it. Waiting inside wouldn’t have been so bad if we couldn’t hear the the manager yelling at the staff for eating fries and “wasting company money”. This is probably the most ghetto location in the city.

To say this was the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had would be unfair. But the whole thing was quite basic. The breading reminded me of the old cheap McDonald’s chicken sandwich in texture, the bun was plain, the sauce was there but outside of being a little spicy (mango habanero) it didn’t add much flavor. The fries could have been decent but they were almost all soggy and were actually over spiced with whatever they use.

The employees working the afternoon/early evening of 4/1/23 were really good. Having a good time working, or at least making the most of their time at work. Interacting with staff that are in a good mood, having a decent time- is such a pleasant experience.

This is the nicest place on earth! Stopped here before the Chiefs home opener. It was CRAZY BUSY. The employees were functioning like a well oiled machine. Everyone was so relaxed and professional. I don’t know if the Chiefs game inspired them or they work at this level every day, but they were on point!! I have never been to this location, it’s a little out of my area. I’m definitely going to make this my stop from now on. To top it all off I dropped my debt card on my way out and some very kind man gave it to the manager who immediately called me and let me know it was there.

Omg I dont understand how this place is still open. No sense of urgency to get anything done. The way they talk to one another is beyond me. People literally leave and come back to their orders still not being ready and the employees dont seem to care at all. I would not recommend this location. Can’t believe that there is a manager on duty that they seem to have no respect for at all.
