So first I’ll say, I am not a drinker hence the low score for atmosphere. I went to the bar around 9:50pm after calling for wings. When I got there to pick up the food, I looked in the box and saw naked wings. There were probably six small wings.

I really like Skips! I think they have great food; yes yes it’s just bar food, but it never disappoints! Their ranch is homemade which is a huge plus, because all those deep fried appetizers deserve to be dipped in a thick homemade ranch!

I grew up coming here starting in junior high with my friend Patrick. We would come and get virgin strawberry daiquiri’s and fried mushrooms, now at age 50, I still come in for a burger or sandwich and a beer when I visit my mom….their cherry barbecue sauce is delicious, I use it for my fries

There seems to be only one lady currently working, but she’s phenomenal. Super kind and definitely makes every individual guest feel welcome, but it does mean she’s constantly busy. Also makes some delicious food, but it might be a little bit of a wait even on a “slow” say. Surprisingly solid Michigan craft beer selection on draft.
