My daughter and I come here weekly, or we used to. The customer service has gone downhill. The fries are NEVER fresh as advertised and.the past 2 nights we have gone, their outside lights have been off. She likes the spicy nuggets. That’s really the only reason we go. I’m sure it won’t be long before they mess those up too.

The staff are pure lazy. It’s not hard to look at a screen and read a customers order. The staff sit on their phones not wanting to do the job they get paid to do. No one should have to wait 15 plus minutes at the mic just to pull up and have the staff looking confused as to why you’re at the window when you weren’t able to order to begin with. And let’s not forget that when you finally get your food that you waited patiently for and paid for, it’s not there. All because the staff are so incompetent, they weren’t able to look at their computer and make sure all the food the customer paid for was properly placed in the go bag. All around, terrible.

Upon eating in after ordering our extra dry meat cheese burgers we looked for a place to sit, EVERY TABLE in the dining room was dirty!!! I asked the staff if they could clean a table so we could sit. No one came to clean. I went to the restroom to get some soap and paper towels and they had NO SOAP in either bathroom. I instantly regretted stopping at this wendys to eat. It was disgusting my fries were cold and the burger meat was insanely dry. HORRIBLE DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION !!!

I was delayed while traveling and ended up spending the whole day today next door to this Wendy’s. For the first time I used the Wendy’s app. I placed my first order even before the store opened this morning. The drive-thru opened at 6:30, but the dinning room was still closed. The staff was kind enough to let me retrieve my order thru the drive-thru window, even though I was on foot. Later, I ordered lunch and it was served hot and fresh, and my order was filled accurately. Even later I used the app again to redeem the rewards I’d earned for using the app and got a delicious Frosty for free. The crew at Wendy’s is doing a great job, and Wendy’s has the best quality fast food out there. Thanks, Wendy!

I keep giving this place a chance, and I’m disappointed every time. Ask for no onions and it gets wiped off. Drinks are horrible at best. The quality of meat chicken/beef has been going down hill fast. The last window person was more interested in looking out at the line than me. I wanted to get in and out, but the rudeness was thick.

They advertise that quality is their brand and over half the time I have to ask for fresh fries. This time, the fries come back warm but I can tell they were only redipped back into the frier and they still taste stale. Management needs to acknowledge the little things in order to maintain quality.

Used mobile app to order, set a pick-up time for 2:10pm. I didn’t get my order until 2:28. After waiting extra time, this particular restaurant had no lids for my frosties asked for a straw (because none were on the condiment table), girl at the counter just rolled her eyes and walked off. They weren’t even that busy.

Burgers are usually not cooked all the way and red in the middle. I say thank you to the young lady who except money at first window and was ignored. The second widow was great as always with older lady who is always sweet as can be and I believe the manager, but my main issue is my burgers are always red in the middle and the lack of respect for customers by a few younger staff members. Other than that it’s a great place but used to be much better.

Literally waited 15 minutes to order THEN order was entirely wrong]!!!! Saw about 10 prople that were supposed to be working but not much work getting done!! Even mamager was standing around when a customer asked what was taking so long manager told him he could go elsewhere!!!!!
