Only wheat bread option is a smallish sandwich bread seemingly out of a bag. Same high price though. I guess normally there is very very little cheese because my order had DOUBLE cheese that didn’t cover the already small sized sandwich with pne layer. Did NOT cover it. And I got a dab of guacamole on my $10 sandwich.

My drive thru orders are often not repeated back to me which has resulted in incorrect orders. This isn’t much of an issue for dine in orders since I can verify the info on the screen. Also for drive thru issues – I am not asked routinely for my phone number for rewards to be added to my account or promos to be applied to my orders.

Absolutely love my local Jimmy John’s. The staff is always super friendly and remembers my order. They go above and beyond every single time I place an order whether it’s delivery or drive through. As soon as I start placing my order they know exactly who I am and offer to cut my sub in half and throw me a side of Jimmy peppers in a container! At the end of a stressful day, it’s nice to have a place that makes dinner quick, easy and carefree. These guys are awesome!

When I ask to speak to a manager, do not put some 16 year old girl on the phone. Simple order, Turkey Tom on wheat bread with extra tomatoes side of kickin ranch and a bottle of water. Easy enough, NOPE!! I ended up with white bread & NO EXTRA TOMATOES! Could have told me in the Drive thru that you had no wheat bread at all. So guess what, that location sucks and I will never be back, which is good for you I know. But hopefully people will read this and think twice before visiting your establishment! Again Jimmy Johns on Palafox Street is horrible!!!!!!

I love jimmy johns , I’ve been ordering from them for years ! But unfortunately I’ve been unsatisfied with this location for the past 3 days , From missing items , incorrect made items , & pricing issues . The food is great but the staff & management needs to just step it up a little . Being an manager at a fast food restaurant I know for a fact that it’s supposed to be all about wonderful quality & great customer service , that keeps customers returning! I love this location I just hope you guys step it up a bit , Overall food is great & you most definitely get your money worth !

As always, the food at Jimmy John’s was fresh and delicious! This particular location is difficult to see when you are heading north. Unfortunately on this particular visit, the tables were not clean and the guy making our wraps appear to be very unhappy about being there. I will still visit Jimmy John’s again but it’s a shame that good employees are even harder to find these days.
