This location with their current management was the best that could have come into servicing the South part of town & Southern Highlands area. The pizza has always been fresh and on point. They make Very good pizzas here, along with the care of product, service & cleanliness. There is great pride here along with delivery of yummy pizzas & ingredients. Portions are satisfying and they have always been timely. Great job Domino’s! You’ve stepped up your game with this Domino’s location. Thanks for the yummy food. My family has been very pleased. Recently relocated to the area and have tried this location out a few times. Every time I have tried it, I have been disappointed. Seems like the pizza is never hot and even looks like it’s been sitting around for a while. Everytime I’ve ordered its been the same results. And delivery time is always forever.

This is my 3rd update, and this place seemed to continuously keeping getting worse. From poor service to poor quality food. Management only argues when you ask a question. I get most places are understaffed, but at some point, you need to fix it before they shut a location down.

I’ve ordered at this location a few times and always picked up. We have always had a good experience. Today we did delivery, and I am even more impressed. They were here so fast and driver was very friendly. And pizza was delicious too. I usually hate chain pizza too.

My husband and I ordered pizza from this location on 1/15/22. Knowing it’s a Saturday, it was in the evening, I knew our delivery would take some time. Understandable. After an hour and a half passed I decided I’d check the tracker, stated it was delivered. I called this establishment and spoke to a manager who apologized, the pizza was delivered to the wrong house and said he would get a new order sent out. I understood and waited for the second attempt to be delivered. I waited another 1/2 hour to an hour, checked the tracker and AGAIN pizza was delivered to the wrong house. At this point my kids are hungry and I just want to get them fed. I called the location again politely, advised we did not receive our order for the second time which is fine & I would like to just have them cancel the order and refund my money. The manager stated he appreciated the fact that I was understanding, would refund my money and not only that would credit my account. No harm no foul. Now, being someone in customer service I know it takes 7-10 business days for money to be refunded through a bank- I check today and the payment is still on my account. No issue, I’ll just call and talk to the manager again, it was probably an oversight. I call today and speak to Cory the manager on duty who says, he can’t see past payments and it should’ve been voided that day and he’s unable to see any notes. I then explain that I was told 12 days previously that I’d be refunded and or credits on my account- he states he can’t see that. At this point I’m frustrated yet- polite- and I ask who do I need to speak to in regards to the promises that were made- he states the general manager who’s usually in during the day . I ask if he could take my name and number to have them call me during the day tomorrow or when available- he then cuts me off and says that he has no idea when he’ll be in. lol. I ask him why would he say the GM is available during the day when he has no idea when they’ll actually be in- he then cuts me off again- I asked him to not speak over me and listen, then click. The call disconnects as I’m speaking, I assume he hung up on me… I decide I’ll call back, because I need to speak to someone about this matter, Cory gets back on the line and I ask should I assume the call was disconnected or should I assume you hung up- he said oh it went silent. Anyhow, the issues I have are- false promises, if there was nothing the manager could do that day, it should’ve been said, the address should’ve been checked BOTH times the delivery was made and maybe a little customer service/ management training would be nice.
