This place is definitely worth the hype! Arrived during lunch time on a Tuesday afternoon and was seated within minutes. It felt like it took less than 5 minutes from when the order went in to when I received my food. Very impressive. I ordered the short rib pho and spring rolls. Flavor of the soup was on point. Will def be back when I’m in town to try the other dishes.

The food and service were great, although it was super busy the staff was very attentive. Do not pass on the ribeye saltado.I know it says noodle bar and the Pho is very good(excellent),but the saltado is a must try and add the fried egg for $2 it’s worth it.

Great pho in a fusion restaurant. We came on a Saturday night and joined the waitlist on Yelp via Google.

Delicious food; good atmosphere. The pho has two styles, regular and Shaken; I personally recommend Shaken! The food is on the pricier side, but it is worth the price because it is a very big bowl.

It’s kinda small inside and loud, but the food came out relatively fast. I liked the watermelon yuzu juice and the pho broth was good. The lomo saltado was okay- but I think I prefer the ones at Peruvian places more!

Such a great food and generous service! We had golden bao, filet mignon and 2 rib bone phos for 4adults. Needless to say, the soup base of the rice noodles was rich and delicious. Surprisingly, they provide unlimited refills of noodles. My hubby got 5bowls of noodles. Every time each bowls are hot and tasty. Filet mignon was marinated very well and tender. The most impressive one is the french fries! It’s very crispy with the sauce taste! Super good. Golden baos are filled with meats and served hot. All the staff checked tables regularly too. I’m willing to try here next time. Waiting time was about 40mints on Sunday 5pm though.

I waited for more than 1 hour Food is great..especially the Sup’s pho noodle. It was busy inside. And noisy with music. Me and my friend cannot listen to each other. So we just ate. I recommend you guys are ‘to go’ or deliver the food. It would be much better than eating there.

Very hip atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Reservation queue done via iPad at the front. Staff was nice, and periodically checked in on us. Food while not traditional, was good for what it was. The yuzu peach drink was refreshing, albeit a tad too sweet for my taste… worth giving a shot. Overall I’d recommend and would return again. Be aware, parking is pretty suspect.

If you get the Pho add “Make your Pho Shaken Style”. The Pho Combination… The meats were not tender. The Golden “Bao” was okay. The minced garlic Chicken Wings had a great crunch and no flavor.
