I stopped at the drive-through yesterday about noon and requested a bowl of teriyaki chicken chow mein. I was already home before I realized they had forgotten my teriyaki sauce, but I just let it slide. While eating, my throat and face started to become irritated/itchy, and I ignorantly ignored the reaction. It wasn’t until I bit into a piece of shrimp that I knew exactly what was going on. The shrimp seemed to be embedded into the noodles and I had almost finished my food at this point. I’m pregnant and I have a severe allergy to seafood. After a epipen injection and scars from hives, I’m definitely pissed.

Horrible drive-thru service. After reading the reviews I agree with every 1star rating by customers. It seems there are a group of high school aged kids working on the weekend evenings who are more interested in chatting with each other rather than taking orders and making the store profitable. DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Waited so long to order today i almost fell asleep. Ended up driving away and grabbing Taco Casa. Taco Cada had my food about 30 secinds after i ordered.

Im not a picky eater and can understand an Establishment will have a bad day every now again but at the Moore location, it’s not an isolated issue rather in my opinion a recurring problem. I stopped to get lunch today and got the bowl with orange chicken and rice and today’s problem was the rice is undercooked and clumpy. The orange chicken was immaculate as well as the egg rolls but I feel this is my last time giving them an opportunity to rectify themselves. Shoulda went and got tacos as I originally planned. Very disappointed.

Stood over 15 minutes just to order which I never did I left. Only reason 2 stars was clean. Looked like 6 people working but they were more interested in drive thru I am assuming. 8pm Thursday night only 2 dining in customers. Did not want to eat in my car so we left. Greeter was on microphone but wayyyy to busy for eating in customers. For this type restaurant I would recommend another place for indoor eating unless you want to feel like a burden to someone and don’t mind waiting 15 plus minutes.

This location is an absolute joke. Have been here a few times, each time is disappointing. Every time I’ve been before they haven’t had the broccoli beef entree. This time while ordering from the drive through they did. Made it home to open my box to find 5 pieces of broccoli and one little piece of beef.

Worst Panda Express in oklahoma. Literally sat at the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for service. They’re wasn’t a single customer in the entire place as this was happening. That should’ve been a redflag in itself. Will not be back.
