Got a build your own ramen bowl and a bubble tea. Ramen and toppings were great and generous, and the bubble tea was good too!

Bubble tea was still powdery from the mix. There were also hard sugar crystals in the bubble tea. The tapioca bubbles undercooked and hard. The tofu and egg were cold in the veggie ramen. The broth couldn’t even be considered warm. It is a brand new option at Deco and definitely needs some work before they start serving food. I don’t like writing negative reviews like this but I believe they need some feedback on what is going wrong so they can improve.

I went there for the first time today. I ordered through the Toast App and it never notified me that my order was ready. My ramen sat while I waited, so it wasn’t as warm as it should have been. There were no utensils or napkins in my bag. If the woman at the counter had not been squatting on the floor on her phone, perhaps this would have been remedied on the spot. She was friendly but not attentive to the basics.
