Do not order from this store. I ordered through UberEats. A dozen donuts and an iced latte. I received an iced latte that based on the color alone had no coffee. As for the dozen donuts, none of the ones I ordered made it to the box and on top of that I was missing 1 donut. How does this happen?! I didn’t order any chocolate, yet got 4 of them. I didn’t order any jelly, I got 3. I got 3 blueberry, didn’t order those either. No napkins, no straws, no bags. Stay away from this store!

Hands down the worst Dunkin donuts. You would probably get better service in Chicago. The person running the store is barely trained at doesn’t even know where the coffee is to brew more coffee. Hello it’s a coffee shop kind of important. Save yourself some time and money avoid this place like the plague!

Asked for iced coffee with 3 creamers 3 coconut 3 Vanilla 1 liquid cane sugar. The girl tried giving me hot coffee at the window I stated to her I asked for iced coffee and instead of making a new one she decides to give me the hot coffee in this cup with about 10 ice cubes. To top it off she couldn’t give me change because she didn’t have a cash drawer. Ended up going to Dunkins at Aloma Shopping Center.

Are you ordered an extra large hot coffee with a double espresso cream and sugar and 2 sesame bagels toasted with cream cheese I got one bagel with barely any cream cheese on it and it felt like it was yesterday’s bagel and the coffee had no espresso shots too much sugar and too much cream I went inside and I said please do not give me day old bagels can I get a fresh one please and can you put cream cheese on it I got another day old bagel with just a little bit more cream cheese on it I called corporate they said they were gonna send the owner of the establishment a message to call me I’m still waiting for a call so obviously these people don’t care at all what they customers would like the Dunkin’ donuts by my house is awesome I never go the other way I will never go to this Dunkin’ donuts ever again

I absolutely love Dunkin! Yet ever since this one got remodeled, there’s almost a whole new staff, who seems like they don’t know what they are doing or what’s going on. Service times are HIGH and i understand that happens when its reopened but from what i hear the workers talking about in the background its a hot mess. Registers arnt assigned properly to workers so drive thru orders that are being paid cash have to be cashed out from a register upfront like SMH. And idk why evertime i place a mobile order theres always an item missing, weather it be food or coffee and that’s annoying.

I’m pretty sure my drive-through experience was at least 15 minutes today. I felt so sorry for those in a hurry! This location is almost always very slow. There used to be a few friendly people working, but now the newer hires apparently feel they do not get paid enough to be friendly or smile, no matter how cheerful the customer is. Donuts were good, but there are many other better locations in town from which to choose.

The manager here needs to be fired. I asked for a large charlie with oatmilk, and he got smart with me and said he didn’t know what I ordered. This guy is always giving me problems, I have ordered this drink for the last 2 months, and nobody in that store has said anything or been rude, but the GM. I called corporate, and they told me that everything he has said is a lie! Then he threatened to call the cops when I told him I wasn’t going to leave until I spoke to his boss. SO I WENT TO ANOTHER DUNKIN AND I HAVE PhOTOS OF THE DRINK THAT HE SAYS THEY CANT MAKE.Its even on the reciept ( Update : Two new managers later, bith have done really well as far as training and customer service goes. Orders are coming out right. They are never rude, and the only issue I can see as of right now is lack of staffing, most likely due to the lack of decent pay for the hard workers they do find. Overall, it is great in comparison to what it was before.)
