Every time I forget why I stopped going to this location and go…. I’m reminded why I stopped going. Your order is largely ceremonial, as you will just get what ever they hand you. You want butter? You get cream cheese, bacon egg bites? You get Veg. Have fun waiting in that line, just to wait in it again to get the correct order.

You don’t need the coffee to wake you up if you chance to go inside to order . Went inside to get two cups of dunkin’ coffee. The radio was blaring so loud that the order taker could not hear my order … I don’t blame her cause I couldn’t even hear myself order. I also bought 2 bags of coffee so I didn’t notice that the order total only accounted for one cup of coffee . With my wife in-the-car I knew when I was handed one cup of coffee that it just would not do. I went back and and told anyone who could hear me that I was missing a cup of coffee. The order girl then asked if I had ordered two cups of coffee and I replied yes, one small and medium cup of original roast. The manager soon appeared and asked for my receipt. I then told the counter girl “You probably could not hear me over the radio & as she nodded her head in agreement the ‘manager’ quickly chimed in “No, She is just new and In Training” as she threw the order girl under the bus. I quickly leaned forward and said ” I’m Sorry, It’s Not Your Fault” and paid for the small coffee. Now I don’t know how ‘training’ is going to give her the ability to hear orders over a 85db pop music broadcast … but at 9:00 in the morning on any given Sunday, I would venture to say that most people are not there for a pop music blowout !

I love this Dunkin’, but I’m not sure what’s been going on lately. The last 2 times I’ve picked up my coffee before school, at the speaker, I felt like they were annoyed I was there (I order ahead on the app!) This morning my husband took the kids before school and they rushed him to the window before he was even finished with his order, so the kids didn’t get their breakfast and he didn’t get to order his drink either. I understand everyone has a bad day every now and then but the rudeness has been pretty consistent as of late.

Today was the 5th time in the last 2 weeks that I’ve done a mobile order and walked in just to stand there for 5 minutes staring at my drink on the back counter. I shouldn’t have to tell the staff to get my drink when they have a mobile pick up counter, especially when the lady wants to give me an attitude for telling her which drink is mine

Dunkin is not great on a good day but this locaition is worse than normal, pick another Dunkin. Donuts are cold, waits are longer than normal and the staff is friendly as Godzilla!

For over a week now they said carmel chocolate cold brew is discontinued but you can go to the other dunkins and get it. Also corporate says it’s not discontinued until April 26th. Plus you order a regular cold brew they put in the original blend coffee everytime instead of cold brew. I’ll just go to elm rd and save money and get the service I want Instead of lies.
