Short ribs, fried chicken and the Mac and cheese was good! We ordered fried salmon and potato salad, and we didn’t get those but got a fried white fish instead that was good. Food was seasoned with good portions. Corn bread didn’t taste like corn at all lol we’ll definitely be back though!

Ordered pork chops so over cooked and tough not edible. Corn bread was raw in the middle. Stop patronizing these terrible establishments and let them go under so something better takes their place. Or just cook yourself because anything is better than this. And it’s not the first time but definitely the last.

I order the baked chicken with gravy plus my two sides collard greens and mac and cheese. Which came with corn bread. I order additional side order which was potato salad. Every thing was good. Pleasantly surprised how good the potato salad was. Thumps up.

Completely appalled. This place sold me breaded scallop “pieces”. They clearly cut up individual scallops into thin slivers and tiny chunks, breaded them and sold them. I have a container full of breading. A waste of money..smh.

Stopped in and picked up a Whiting, collards and Mac& cheese plate. It came with a piece of corn bread. The whiting was okay. It was cooked well but lacked any type of seasoning. I added hot sauce and ketchup for flavor. The collards were good, tender and tasty. It looks like they added smoked bones. The Mac& cheese was so so like the corn bread.

We’ve always enjoyed the food what do you want a quick home-cooked meal southern style. We’ve always enjoyed the fish and even had gotten as much for catering and everyone enjoyed that also.
