So I order the kids lo mein and gf Mongolian beef bowl. My food was cold, the noodles were stuck together. The beef was tough and dry. The put at least a half a cup of onions. First time and last time.

The food that my family and I ordered, was all wrong. First the chicken and beef was cooked very hard, there was no egg in my specific order. My family and I ate just a little bit and ended up throwing the rest away. I paid over $60 for my meal and did not get to enjoy any of it. Very disappointed especially since we were on vacation and could not enjoy our dinner.

There are very few seats there which surprised us because the title says “to go”. But we could not use them because the person working there told us he did not want to clean after us using the table even though it’s his job? I was very confused and then goes on to tell us they are closing soon even though there was an hour and a half left for them to close. It’s ok because we got to rest a bit since the service was slow anyways. They seem to prioritize Uber eats orders.

Lauren who is the supervisor for this location helped me solve the delivery problem. My food was delivered but wasn’t brought to my apartment doors so I had no way of knowing the food was delivered. She placed a refund for the amount and encouraged me to order through them again.
