Church’s Texas Chicken, in Los Lunas, New Mexico Drive-through is fast and convenient had a small wait , but not too bad for the size of meal that was ordered. Service was nice. Workers were friendly and courteous. Will go again for a fast meal.

First time ever ordering here. Almost twice as expensive as KFC, which is already ridiculous. Almost $70 and my order was wrong. Somebody else picked up my order for me and didn’t know I was missing a drink and had the wrong number of chicken. The person who picked up my order said the staff was extremely polite. The corn was dry and had no butter and for some reason I was charged an extra $1 for them without my knowledge, the jalapeno bites were just fried dough – some didn’t have cheese or jalapeno in them. This will most likely be my only/last time ordering here.

The worst! Wanted to give this location a chance but regretted big time. Ordered online, got to the counter and they forgot our fries, had to wait 25 minutes and it wasn’t busy, only a couple cars on the drive thru. Got home and found out they gave us all but what we ordered and wasn’t even edible. HORRIBLE!!!

I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for ONE piece of chicken. They kept forgetting me. They finally brought it to me and gave me a bunch of extras for the mistake. I understand fast food is mostly teenagers but isn’t there a manager there too?

We stop there on the way home to get dinner. They ALWAYS forget something. We live more than 50 miles away; it’s always a bummer to find out they forgot something. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt it always fails. Food is always good, though.

I bought chicken today only to discover fly eggs on 2 pieces of chicken. I called and spoke with a manager. He said he would give me a store credit next time I drop by. I started telling him I don’t want to purchase chicken from them again but he hung up on me. I wasn’t yelling or telling him off either. DON’T BUY FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION !

Went to get dinner for my self and ordered the number 1 combo all white meat and what they gave me was two Scrawny pieces of wings it wasn’t enough to feed 1 person let alone share with anyone And when I tried to call the Restaurant,got no answer so they couldn’t correct the problem.paid 12.88 for the meal and I was ripped off. Hope a Manager or upper Manager sees this post and contacts me my check number is30066 and I will definitely be reaching out to Manager in near future.

Worst visit to a Church’s chicken ever. I ordered two chicken fried steak meals. The girl at the window first tried to only give us 1 order until I reminded her that we ordered (and paid for) 2. We waited another 7-8 minutes at the window for the second one, then she tried to charge us again until I showed her the receipt. When we got home neither had any gravy on them. Don’t waste your time at this location. They are obviously very incompetent.
