First timer here. They have an extensive menu of more than just burgers. Burgers were good. Fries were eh. They were pretty soggy so if you like your fries crispy and firm, ask them to cook them well done. I’d come back and try out some other menu options. Great friendly staff and very fast service.

Extremely disappointing. We came in as a family with 2 kids and the cashier greeted us with “you know we are closing in like 15 min?” We nodded to understand. Once we were ready to order, the cashier continued to discourage us from ordering so we asked, “so are you unwilling to take our order?” She yelled out to whom we supposed was the manager or team leader saying “are we still taking orders?” and was given the response that “yes we take orders up until closing time.” The whole team seemed to be dragging their feet and rude. Our food was obviously rushed and wasn’t even cooked all the way, parts of the meat still cold and uncooked. There were about 15 more people after us, only maybe 2 more people getting orders in and the remaining were kicked out of the restaurant. I can understand this was close to closing but rejecting so many people, giving poor service, and delivering unsafe food is completely unacceptable. They have a sign outside asking for hiring help. I’m not surprised if the reason is for team attitude. Go at your risk. Will not be returning.

First time and definitely will come back. Hamburgers are so good, the place is so clean, I loved the staff . They look so engaged on their job and provide excellent customer service. I definitely recommend this place. Is like Hamburgers at home but BETTER. Priced are so affordable. Beautiful sitting, enough space if you want to be away often crow , easy instructions order. Good customer caee attention and delicious food.

I am shocked at how terrible this burger was. I got the gluten free bread and it was crumbling apart the whole time. Bum is in pieces. With all the ways that there are these days to make gluten-free buns, this is unacceptable to pay this kind of money for a burger. Will not be eating here ever again. Also, the burger was way salty. Generally terrible.

I love burgers with eggs on them. All Star did theirs right. The Make My Day on a normal bun was very good. Didn’t need to eat my next meal because it was so filling. Fries were good and I liked the personalized name tent for bringing out the order. Good meal and good value.

My boys love this place. I really enjoy the authentic taste of their burgers – it feels really close to going to a family BBQ for me and getting burgers off the grill. My boys love the milkshakes. They have colors and crayons to keep the kids entertained, and plenty of TVs so you can enjoy your meal with kids in tow. I like to go here before we go grocery shopping to avoid those hungry buys that you regret later. Also their sweet potato fries are the best I’ve had in the area.

We were lucky enough to get a spot up front in the shopping center and walk right in. It is set up like Mighty Fine (but better!) where you walk up to order and then go sit down. The feel is very rustic American. We both ended up ordering the same burger, the West, but I added a fried egg to mine. The West has Tillamook Cheddar, roasted jalapeños and garlic-cilantro cream cheese.

Beware of the hot grease off the pattie that hits your mouth like a lick of lava. The kids working here were in top tier of teen help, nice kids. The place is so popular with shoppers and families, it has a air of being freshly looted but I can forgive it since it is often thronged with patrons. The grandkids love the place.
