Food was cold.. even the cornbread. I live only 3 mins from this location and chicken was cold to touch already. I don’t think it was fully cooked. I tasted a piece and it taste like water.

I was here with my kids , i Bought two plate . With mash potatoes, Broccoli but taste afwul.. So Dry , and mash potatoes smell rathen . I ask the worker why .. and said because … is under New owner… try change everything . is sad ..

We stopped by to have lunch today & all the food was very fresh , hot and tasty. For two people we didn’t spend over $30 it was very affordable. The drive thru experience was starting to be frustrating until the manager stepped in and helped the worker. They worked together to correct the problem & make sure I was satisfied. The assistant manager was very professional and courteous which I appreciated so much. Thanks again

I was pleasantly surprised! It’s been YEARS since I’ve eaten at Boston Market, so I decided to revisit. When restaurants close that were once popular, you automatically assume the quality has gone downhill. I’m happy to report that is not the case here. Though they didn’t have my original order idea, they did have a new item I’m now glad I tried. The chicken salad sandwich. I personally am a huge fan of chicken salad sandwiches, so I went for it. The sandwich was good! The topping were fresh and the chicken itself was a good mayonnaise to chicken ratio. I got a side of mashed potatoes to go with my sandwich. They were the same good potatoes I recall from years ago. The service was good and the restaurant seemed to be clean overall. The outside needs a little attention, but other than that, my experience was good. They still have a drive through for those who like to wear pj’s all day and not have to fully interact with people. (I am one of those people on weekends! )

I used to love going to Boston Market! Their food was fresh, quick and tasted good! I hadn’t had Boston Market for a while and I had a craving for a chicken pot pie, so I drove 30-minutes to the nearest restaurant. The tables were dirty. The staff was not friendly. The food was terrible! The mac & cheese was old and overcooked. The cornbread was not baked properly. The chicken pot pie has nearly no veggies in it. Overall the experience was terrible! Now I understand why Boston Markets are closing everywhere!

Y’all ribs are disgusting. Them ribs taste like nothing but black pepper and they not smoked. The macaroni and mashed potatoes was bland. The only thing that was decent was the sweet potato casserole. I won’t be going back again until y’all smoke them ribs.
