Downloaded app. It pulled up my account. Waited the 35 minutes patiently. I sent my kid in to pick it up. Finally went in myself, they don’t have my order. I verified the address. I didn’t have time to wait another half hour to wait. They didn’t offer to rush my order through. They treated me like a Karen for being charged $17 and having no food, no refund, no proof of anything. I was told the manager would just tell the DM and I am just suppose to trust it. So no dinner for me. Thanks.

Great location, great service from staff, and not that crowded. Wingstop is the same everywhere though, but I loved it. They were even gracious to serve us at closing time. Remind me not to try the Atomic hot though, I almost passed out.

ive always loved this wingstop but the new girl they have stephanya doesn’t listen, when i called to try to correct my order she put me on hold and its been 15 minutes so far. she came back to the phone and took me off hold then placed me back on hold really fast when she realized i was still on the phone. very unprofessional and slow as eff.

This location gave me my order incomplete. After an hour and a half and after my incomplete order was taken up there, they wanted to give me just the missing portion. The manager plays telephone with her employees who don’t know their left from right hand. Pictures show 23 of 50 that was ordered.

Yeah the staff working the front is a little rude, had to stand and wait for other people to be have their orders taken when I was clearly standing in the line to pick up the phone in order I waited so long that I just in fact reached around to grab my bag from the back when the lady finally decided to intervene and say oh let me get that for you sir, if you would have just asked what I was there for well obviously I’m in the line for a phone in order you could have just handed me on buy them back and I could have walked out It was already paid for. Unfortunately I left a tip on my card before I’d even knew about the service. Live and learn
