It’s fast, it’s tasty, it’s little Caesars. Try the thin crust pepperoni for under $9 it was great and they can make it from scratch in about 8 min. If you just want a good quick meal to share with your pal Brutus, little Caesars will never stab you in the back.

Placed an order in the app to come pick up. I showed up at the window and a very rude lady came to the window and asked “what I needed” i let her know I placed an order online and I was here to pick it up. Her response was “I need a name and a code or I can’t get anything for you” I wasn’t sure what code she was talking about, so I grabbed my phone to check and she raised her voice and said again “I need a code and a name!” I found the code she was talking about and gave it to her and she tries to give me someone else’s order. I gave her my name again and she walked away. She came back and said “that order isn’t ready til 1 o’clock” SLAMMED the window closed and walked away. I arrived 5 minutes earlier than what my email had said. No reason to be treated like that. Very very rude. I don’t mind waiting for my order, that’s no big deal at all, but this is now how you treat customers.

Thank you so much for being so kind. I ordered my pizza to the wrong store and called and was trying to make sure I was refunded. I waited and noticed that the order still wasn’t canceled so I went to the store. The male employee at the counter made it right and even gave me a pizza as well as a refund!! After having a bad day yesterday, I now have a good day. Best wishes to the employees here!

Worse customer service. Went in on 4/29 around 5:00. Both workers were RUDE!!!!!! They need training on how to take phone orders. Called in an order never asked for my order, the time it would be ready, my name or call number. Just said: thank you for calling lol Ceasar. When I arrived, the guy came to the window, repeated my order then said they didn’t make my pizza because I hung up before he got my info. NO SIR YOU NEVER ASKED!!! When I called back to let him know I was calling Monday morning to contact a manger, he fastly said that’s fine and hung up on me. Just RUDE and this is not the first time I’ve experienced rudeness at this same location. Put these two guys on the corner to hold the sign. If not I will never be back

In an age of terrible service, this place somehow stands out. This location is worst in the CSRA. Little Caesars is d out one thing, cheap quick pizza. This location somehow consistently screws the pooch on every level.

Ordered from the app so we wouldn’t have to wait. Pizza wasn’t in the portal at the requested time even though the app said it was. Workers took a while to get to the front because they were completing a large order. Turns out my order was behind the counter the whole time.
