I ordered using GrubHub. 6pc white with mashed potatoes and coleslaw and fried okra. The delivery was timely but the chicken was old, dry and overcooked. There was no coleslaw. Disappointed is an understatement. May try in person purchase but delivery gets you ruined leftovers.

the store manager Melvin is very rude tells customer that they are ignorant drive thru took forever then they parked me after waiting for 10 minutes they came out and asked for my receipt saying they gave my order to someone else on top of that they forgot to add some of my items to my order. I called them when I got to work, and all employees still continued to be rude when they don’t know how to run a business. I would avoid this location.

My experiece
The chicken was not fresh! 25 minute wait in drive-thru there’s no way to get out of line once you’re in. The fries were fresh but the Large fry is 5.00 with just 2oz more than the small. Okra should always be served fresh but that’s very rare at this location. The cashier was nice though

Okay yall. I love love love chicken period. I just think the service here at this particular location is truly awful. I must say every time i go its always 25 minutes or more just in the drive thru…WOW…just dont go on your lunch break if you don’t have much time. And that manager Zee is extremely rude.
