It’s a smaller chipotle and occasionally the food isn’t super fresh. The real killer is every time I order on the app it’s wrong (only three times but still). Nothing worse than coming home and realizing they straight up forgot toppings or the complete wrong salsa.

I come here quite often to grab an early lunch or a late dinner. I always get a hard time from the line workers about not dragging my tortilla across the counter and I get the nastiest response from workers and sometimes argued with. Its unfortunate because I patronize this particular location quite offen. Its unfortunate that I have to receive poor customer service and even more poor quality food. Just drive to the next best location if you can.

I visited this Chipotle once ordering burritos, chips, and drinks for two. The staff looked bored, but it was a pretty slack period, so I don’t blame them. The food had obviously been out for a while with the guacamole beginning to oxidize and the steak looking tired. That, in my mind, was the bigger issue. Not the greatest Chipotle experience I have ever had. I will likely not be going back.

Updating my review of this Chipotle. Every time I come in I see the rice out in the open just looking like a health code violation. I’m surprised they don’t keep it in the back. You can literally walk up and put your hand in the rice. Today the container was left open when I came in. This can’t be sanitary. The staff at this location are excellent! They have definitely improved from previous years. Everyone looks happy and is always so polite. I will update my review to 5 stars if they fix their rice situation, because that’s nasty.

truly awful service here. I came in at 8:10 on a weeknight, got ignored for 10 minutes with literally no one in line, and then the cashier rushed me through paying before I’d had a chance to finish my order. No other customers in line, two people eating in the store. Just odd.

Took a mobile order from this Chipotle. The place was slow but my order wasn’t ready when I went there 5 minutes after pick-up time. When I opened my bowl, the portion was only half full. Also, missed sour cream and corn on my order. Very disappointing compared to other Chipotle.

Nasty employees, one behind the counter pulling on his hat with gloves on he’s serving customers in, another employee digging in her ear behind the counter, i ask the guy to change his gloves, he put hand sanitizer on his hands then put gloves on with the sanitizer smell getting on the same gloves tht he would use to pick up , etc, thks, but no thks

I had ordered online to save time for pickup but the restaurant did not recieve my order . When I told them about it they immediately rubbished my claim and I needed to show proof of purchase ! I then had to write down the order (for 6 people) and wait in line for the order . The person at the counter was rude enough to say we dont care about your business , lots of customers ! Most disappointing !
