I stopped in for a big breakfast including chocolate chip pancakes, bacon, a cinnamon roll, chocolate milk and orange juice. Yes, a lot of food and a big bill – $40 including a tip. The pancakes were outstanding; 2of 4 bacon strips were way over cooked; and the sweet roll was not as sweet as it could have been. Overall a 4 out of 5 stars. Great service, lots of staff on duty, packed house on a Sunday morning!

Food was a good as it looks and service was fast. Will definitely return. Pictured is the Dawn Breaker and Colorado omelet. Bonus: they bring a thermos of coffee to the table so you can refill yourself!

We come here every other month as it is in my mom’s neighborhood and great for brunch. Depending on timing, it can be super busy especially on the weekends but the staff does a good job of getting tables turned and getting people served.

Very overpriced, although the service was good. $11 for a single piece of avocado toast. $10 for two pieces of bread as French toast. An upcharge for a side of eggs that came from a plastic bag.

My party of 2 arrived pretty early on a Sunday (9:00ish). No problem finding a parking spot and restaurant was pretty full as well as the outside seating. However, we were seated immediately in the glassed in portico so was very bright though the rest of the restsurant sits below this and seemed a bit dim. Let me say now that if you get seated where we were Do Not let them seat you in the first two seater table abutting the half wall! It moves an inch or so everytime someone walks by…and that was alot of times.

The food is really good and served hot. But the restaurant is cramped and crowded with tables. The last time I went I was seated at a tiny table that was too small for the plate they brought with all the other stuff (sugar/salt/pepper, etc.) The floor is loose and the table wobbled every time someone walked by, nearly spilling my coffee. They are so understaffed you’ll have to wait a while to get anyone’s attention if you want a refill.

Le Peep catered our daughter’s wedding and did such an outstanding job! The couple wanted “breakfast for dinner” and Le Peep developed such a creative, diverse, and delicious menu that all our guests enjoyed and raved about. The Le Peep team was so professional and executed dinner for 160 people, making it a seamless experience. I cannot recommend enough if you are looking for a delicious option and a team you can depend on for your special day!
