Order from here at least once a week. Never any problem with my order, always on time delivery and I appreciate that they still deliver for cash payment!! Papa John’s over dominos all the way. Always get the pepperoni stuffed crust with extra pepperoni and it’s bomb. Also the chocolate brownie is basically a tray of homemade brownies and they’re so yum.

My go to movie night pizza is the Mount Sinai Papa. Love the staff, very friendly, they even remembered my usual order! Pizza always cooked the exact same, perfect way. Never had a complaint at this location yet.

I received an incorrect item on my order. When i called to let them know, i was told the driver would come to swap out the item. When the driver arrived he did not have the missing item but still took the incorrect one. When i called the store back i was told that i should have them. I asked for a refund and was told that they would remake it and send a new one over. After finally getting the manager to agree to refund the item, she told me it would just take a moment and then hung up the phone. When i called back i was told that the person on the phone had to talk to the manager, however, when i asked to speak to the manager myself i was told they were the manager. Finally, the order got refunded but this was a terrible customer suicide experience.

I prefer to pick up my food rather than have it delivered. The Staff is always super friendly and a pleasure to interact with. The food is a 9 out of 10 only because of the way it is manufactured. Don’t get me wrong, it does taste good. It’s just that the pizzas are “soft and doughy” compared to a regular pizza place. The Chicken Poppers are something between a McDs nugget and a Chicken Finger.

Ordered 2 pies at 1:10am. They got to me an hour later, except one of the pies was an order of cheesy bread. Called and manager said I can give you “store credit” for next time, I said no I’d like what I paid for. He said okay I’ll have one sent to you. He calls me back says it’s on it’s way, that was an hour and 15 minutes ago. So I’m still sitting here at 3:25 in the morning starving with no pizza in sight, I knew the guy wouldn’t even come. I’ve never had such a horrible food experience in my life. Absolutely pathetic, and the store is only 9 mins from my house! Never eating here again and I advise you do the same!

A very good papa john’s with very friendly and easy going employees. There “the works” pizza is very delicious but when they say 20-25 minutes until your food is ready for pickup, just add an additional 10-20 minutes on top of that. It is a very slow and poorly managed establishment.
