Solid little hot dog shop. The workers are very nice. Location is right off A1A. Easy to access. I tried the bacon dog with ketchup. It was really good. Although I prefer the more well done “grill style” hot dog. They don’t do that style here. But overall I liked the flavor. They also have shakes, fries and more. Prices are fair. It’s an easy and quick stop if you don’t want to sit down somewhere at a regular place. They do have a seating area to the left of the shop.

First time trying Hazel’s in St. Augustine Florida. I could kick myself for not stopping here sooner. I’ve seen the lines and finally stopped to see what the excitement is all about. Super cool hot dog walk up window and yes, they serve ice cream cones, shakes and sundaes too. I went for my favorite slaw dog and fries. Loved them both. And these aren’t just any fries. They’re hand cut and fried to perfection. Stop by Hazel’s and enjoy the short wait to hot dog heaven in the middle of beautiful St. Augustine Florida. Easily accessed off US1.

We had the cheese dog, chili cheese dog, and slaw dog. They were all very good. I thought it would be a little bit messier but they were not. The fries are tasty and have good flavor. We ate in our car since they have 2 picnic tables outside and Florida is hot and they don’t have indoor seating.

Really good dogs for the price. It’s gets a little busy at lunch and their is a wait usually requiring you to park on the side of US1. Having said that is worth the wait. And they have a large selection of dogs/condiments.

Decent food. Decent price. Cheapest meal I had in St. Augustines and it was still worth my time. I suggest going here for lunch just because it’s a quick bite. We got fries and they were absolutely delicious. The bacon cheese dog and chili cheese dogs are also good enough for you to enjoy.

Great litthot dog stand that’s been around forever. Their signature Spicy Dog made with Datil relish are fantastic. Also, try their chili fries. Timing is everything because parking is very limited. Definitely a place stop if you like hot dogs and want a taste of St Augustine.
