Great prices, fast service and good food! For those posting observations about the screaming/yelling/angry comments, I know what you mean. However, having grown up as first generation in an Asian home, this is totally normal and can sometimes be a sign of good vibes! Communication and marital relationships look VERY different for couples from other cultures, especially Asian cultures. I hope this comment provides some insight. Thanks for reading!

Disappointed in my last order. Recipe for sweet and sour shrimp must have changed. Used to be thin outer coating on large shrimp. Deep fried. Very very good. . Now they were small shrimp with thick breading coating. To much filler. Bring back the old recipe.

I ordered my food and waited while it was made. The entire time that I was there, the middle aged man was SCREAMING at a woman while they cooked. I don’t speak their language, but he was clearly extremely angry, and the woman looked very scared of him and was being quiet with head bowed down.

We lived in Newtown Square for a long time . China Wok was the best Chinese food around. The owners are very friendly as well. We moved to Valley Forge over 4 years ago and still drive to Newtown Square to go to China Wok for food. If you are sick with a flu, respiratory infection , sinus infection, fever, or even covid the best you can do to feel better is get their hot and sour soup extra hot ( spicy). My family swears by it!!! Works ever time!!!

A bit disappointed today with China Wok. I haven’t been there for over a year so I decided to get some lunch from there today. It’s not that close to where I work but the food was so good there when I went years ago I thought I’d take a ride. Well the service is still good quite fast and the food was piping hot even after a 15 minute drive back to the office. The food was not terrible, actually it was good but not as outstanding as it was before. Their Spring Rolls & Hot & Sour Soup were to die for and they were not bad today but the flavor in both did not seem quite right. However the General Tao’s Chicken was great and I got a lot of it for a lunch special (enough to have 2 lunches). It’s still a good place to go. I just wish my favorites were better tasking today. Hopefully next time I have a craving the Spring Rolls will be back to the way I like them.

My husband and I are both vegetarian and love the vegetable delight meal and general tso tofu, both come with sides of rice. Definitely our go-to when we’re short on time and want to grab something quick. Have tried other takeout Chinese places but just not as good. Staff is always friendly and polite.

I’ve been to this place 3 times spanning over a couple months which speaks volumes because my office orders out everyday and I could walk to this place. The first time there was hair in my food. The owner offered to replace the order, but I was grossed out by the hair. A few months later my coworker ordered and said give it another try sometimes things happen. Agreed. I ordered wings with ketchup and ended up with dry wings which was not the worst. The last and final time I ordered there was metal in my food which was clearly cooked into the food and I suspect that it came from the packaging that the food originally came in. I brought the piece to their attention and he immediately recognized what it was and apologized. I was done. I order from Super Wok in Media and they are fantastic!
