They’re usually really nice, always super busy but unfortunately I think it’s exactly what makes them choose to be so stingy with things, even the stuff that I paid for. It’s almost like they think it’s coming out of their paycheck or something **UPDATE: Night before last,we had dinner there and I was surprised and elated to see a HAPPY smiling gentleman worker who ended up going way out of his way for me which was greatly appreciated and it really was just refreshing in general to find such a wonderful young man working great doing his best to give great customer service and had the brightest smile the entire time, even after “climbing mountains” and “jumping thru hoops” to make sure I was satisfied! The world needs more people like this young man and I really hope the service industry doesn’t make him bitter or change at all!! For this reason alone, I’m changing my rating from 3 to 4 stars! I have seen some improvement since last time

The manager Bill was super nice when I accidentally ordered my food at the 17th St location. He made sure my order was right and was just a pleasure. Thanks Bill. The lady at the 17th st location was super nice as well and even offered to have my order transferred to Gordon Rd when I called and asked them to hold it because I ordered at the wrong place. All in all excellent customer service! I gave 17th St 5 stars 4 years ago and the review hold true. Thanks yall!

This place was absolute trash. My friend was eating the salad when she took her last bite and found that she had bitten down on what we assumed to be bits of someones jewelry. It hurt her tooth and her throat feels scratched. My real review is a 0/5 & I will never recommend this restaurant, nor go to any other location again. This was my first time having Zaxby’s in about 4 years and I am highly disappointed. I use to like Zaxby’s but not anymore.

I went inside recently and I wanted a club. the old club you know on toast. but they no longer sell it on the menu.. so I can ask for the new club, and you know add mayo lettuce n tomato no zax sauce on toast. I never go thru drive thru because I feel it puts a lot of pressure on ppl during lunch rush to modify an order….so I went inside… order was still wrong. I wanted to complain, but the manager, I’m guessing, was already getting short tempered, being that I asked for something I didn’t get, so I let it go. this isn’t the first time it’s happened. so I’m not sure what to think.

Waiting by the mic through the drive-thru for over 5 minutes.. I had to call them on my phone just to get their attention, to get someone to a mic…. when I got my order there were no straw and no ketchup that I asked… I had to park and come back to get it my self…
