Pretty surprised. Can’t wait to come back. I had the steak with potatoes and asparagus. The steak was cooked perfectly and very tender. Also had the brussel sprouts which were so crispy and amazing and sweet. The blackened mahi was perfectly cooked. Definitely coming back again. Unfortunately they ran out of the shrimp and grits but I will be back to try that.

The food was okay. I ordered the short ribs and when they came they weren’t hot. French onion soup was the soup of the day and it was good! My husband got the wings and a burger. Wings were nice a crispy (dry rub). The burger was just ok at best. The restaurant was smelly and there were molding flowers on the tables. We probably won’t be back. Spent $100 on food and drinks and it wasn’t worth it at all.

My husband and I had dinner & drinks at the bar. Our bartender Ben was awesome. Great drinks, nice atmosphere & food was fresh & delicious. We had the grilled shrimp appetizer and vegan stuffed mushrooms. My husband had steakhouse burger with bacon jam. He loved it. I had blackened mahi with Parmesan risotto wow really good. Our new go to place.

My wife and I decided to try this place out on Sunday 7/30/23. I order fish and chips and a beer, My wife ordered the shrimp and grits and a cocktail. Drinks came quick and food took about 15 minutes. My meal was fine, but the grits on hers were either not cooked long enough or had sat for hours as the bottom layer was hard. We rarely send food back, but it was inedible. We sat for another 35-45 minutes waiting. All other tables got their food, even orders that were placed after we sent hers back. It was like they were punishing her for sending inedible food back. The server was fine and the entire meal and drinks were comped which is great on them, but I’d rather just pay for food and get it. After some so-so experiences in Leesburg, I think we’ll just pass on this from now on.

Sharp, newly remodeled bar/restaurant in the old Tillie’s spot at the corner of N. Eustis and Magnolia in downtown Eustis. The original Brick and Barrel is on Main Street in Leesburg. Friendly people and great food. The burger and mac ‘n cheese were excellent . Nice place

This was our first visit. The food was good! We ordered the bacon onion dip for an appetizer and I got shrimp and grits. Really enjoyed both, but the portions were kind of small for the price. My boyfriend got the BBQ burger, and he really enjoyed it. It was a nice sized burger. It came with pub chips, but we paid the .99 upcharge for the fries.
