We got amazing service here! and we normally do. The gentleman that helped us was very kind and friendly and deserves a raise!! the receipt says Ian helped us, but we weren’t sure that his name was Ian because there was someone else on the register before him, but he had glasses and short dark hair. KIDS meal! MOLD! I’m so upset and grossed out. This could’ve made my kid sick ! How do you let this happen and serve it to a child?! I thought my food didn’t taste right so I stopped eating. Feeling nauseous. I don’t trust their food anymore. Where’s the quality assurance??

Like any other red blooded American, I ordered an all meat burrito. This is “double” meat. 4oz. of under seasoned, over cooked and chewy sirloin. The only thing representative of Mexican flavors was the tortilla.

Ipecac “The Cat Daddy”
Just ordered a burrito for lunch and not only does the guy put almost no food in it because he obviously doesn’t know how to wrap a burrito and struggles with even half the normal amount but he puts a gigantic tear in it. So then him and the lady at the counter try to convince me just take it as oppose to making me a proper burrito. So i ask for my money back because of course i ve paid already because it took him that long to wrap one sorry burrito and the lady with the tattoos at the counter gets mouthy acting like im the problem just because i dont want a substandard product especially when they didnt try to offer a fix just lip…Ridiculous. Will not be returning if this is the type service you offer now.

The good… I eat so often I have the app on my phone. Convenient and hands free. Really good to eat a burrito before grocery shopping. I am no longer waisting my time. When the folks in line get their food faster than the person who used the app, irritation is all that is left.

Staff was super polite and courteous they went out of their way to make sure meal was how we wanted, patiently let my child order. Not sure why so many bad reviews…food was fine/ normal taste proportion.
