This Pizza Hut is in a rough location, and the store shows some wear and has a rough dirty exterior. The inside isn’t too clean either. The pizza was descent but no great. The $22 for one large pizza seems a bit much. The associates aren’t too friendly but they were not rude.

The gentleman who took my order was great and delivery was fast but the pizza was really dry and and if it had the extra cheese we requested then y’all must not use any cheese on a regular pizza. We paid $32 for the driest, saddest and smallest large pizza I have ever seen and even though I used to love Pizza Hut I will never make the costly mistake of ordering from y’all again. How disappointing!

If I can zero stars I would!! This store sucks!! They always messing up orders and the manager is unable to handle situations on her own. They have messed up my orders twice and and have minimal customer resolution. I would never never never order from this store again. I ordered during fight night in the rain with family and friends hungy waiting and got not even half if my order and still had to come out in rain to just leave angry!! They inexperienced manager didnt offers soda or even a cookie for the inconvenience. Don’t order from here. Do a store pick in Chesapeake! They partner thru door dash which make the situation worse!

Their delivery driver is amazing! I wish I knew his name but I left a note for delivery and asked him to do a cool knock on the door when he arrived because my son’s make beats on everything with their hands and pencils and drumsticks lol so he definitely made their night when he did the cool knock beat and my 11 yr old blessed him with a $20 tip just for being cool and on time!!!

March 17, 2023 at around 8pm…an hour wait for 2 pizzas. Apparently someone burned all the orders, so they had to remake all the orders without even telling the customers. They told me it’ll be right out.

4:40pm I arrived to pick up our call ahead pizzas only to find that our order was not sent to the correct store from call center… called back to the call center to ask them to have the order resent to this location and have it delivered as a courtesy. Call center apologized and agreed to deliver the pizzas with a 1:15 wait time.
