Burgers are cold and not smashed. Patties are undercooked and served like slop. They don’t even have the decency to drain the fries and come out soggy and drenched in oil. Hire a competent person to cook or just shut it down. What a disaster of a place.

My first experience with Smashburger and had looked forward to trying them for some time. The burger is decent but nothing overly exciting. I got the classic double cheeseburger an order of fries and a shake. Nothing was exactly cheap and my order including a drink on top of the shake was over $24.00. The shake was the most disappointing. $6 for a shake in a small cup and it was filled to only about 2 and 1/2 in from the lid. I really felt ripped off. The shake was okay but not worth $6 in any stretch. I doubt I will return to this location or others that I may see in California. I realize prices may be a little higher here at Harrah’s resort but even a good size meal in the sit-down restaurant was under $20.

Burger was okay and they will not give you double as they have a small grill according to them and there was just one order before me. I can understand if it’s crowded. They should remove the double options from the menu atleast.
