I ordered the boneless garlic parmesan combo for pickup on my 30 minute work break. While ordering, the website said food would be ready in 15 minutes, however, upon completing my order, the pickup time was 30 minutes later. I waited until the time my receipt said to avoid losing half of my lunch time. Upon arrival, no one ever came out to give me my order. I was told to wait in my car and that it would be brought to me. Finally, I went inside to ask for my food and the employee was just standing behind the counter. My food was ready. It probably was ready in that 15 minute time frame because once I got to eat (not even 2 minutes after pick up) it was not even warm. The wings were completely sauce less and had no flavor. Really disappointing experience. I do not recommend it at all.
