CSC has some of the best potato soup. They just can’t seem to take orders correctly. This is the third time I’ve ordered potato soup with NO bacon on top. I get all the way home to see that not only is there extra bacon on top, the soup is extremely thick as though it was scraped from the bottom of the pot.

Absolutely love everything I’ve had here! The staff at the Daphne, AL location are so sweet and very friendly. Nothing is overly salty, the flavors are super delicious! The broccoli salad is seriously my favorite!

This place was a family treat and a special event place for us. Unfortunately, the quality of service, food, and hours have declined. Some “flavors” are frequently unavailable, tables go uncleaned, and the experience is not pleasant and friendly as it was when it first opened. Had to clean my table off for the second time and even my points did not add to my app account. Was told, “I don’t know what to tell you” when I expressed the issue. At times, some of the different creations “flavors” are not as forward or as pronounced as they were at one time.

i absolutely love chicknsalad chick but girl. last time we got chicknsalad which was maybe a month ago, we got home ready to eat and there were no chicknsalad on our sandwiches. which is fine, no one is perfect and they were nice enough to make us more food but the fact that we both had to work and go out of our ways to get the food was a little annoying. but this time we get home and they forgot my broccoli salad as my side. its okay it’s not the biggest deal in the world but i did pay for it. i work in the food industry so i try always keep in mind that they are busy and going 90-100 but please please make sure you put everything in the boxes and customers always make sure u got all your food.

Food was subpar in comparison to price. Barely had any pesto on sandwich and didn’t remove tomatoes when specifically asked if I wanted it the way it came or customized. Sandwich was soggy from the turkey, which was definitely not a premium product. It’s saving grace was the nice croissant, but after an hour or so, it got super soaked by the turkey which made it impossible to eat the bottom part. I wish they would put the pickle with the sides instead of the sandwich so it wouldn’t contaminate anything else. Overall, I could have spent $13 and gotten a better deal on a restaurant meal.

I would like to thank Chicken Salad Chick for the presentation of my food. As much as I eat here, I had a few little things that wasn’t to their standards but it wasn’t bad. Today..is just ridiculous! I have a family member that works at a restaurant and I know for a fact; they go over and beyond on presentation…Daphne store…this is not it!
