If I could give this place no stars I would. I’m sitting in here right now. And it just doesn’t feel that anyone cares. I order my food online. Then I have to wait just to be greeted when I walk in because nobody is ever at the front counter. They all sit around in the back doing nothing at all. This is the worse restaurant I’ve been to in my 30 years of living. This isn’t my first time at this location but will definitely be my last.

The staff at this location is always friendly and my food is always hot and made correctly. My only complaint, which might seem stupid, is that I get a different type of ranch each time, and once I ordered jalapeno poppers and after they gave me my order, I found out they had NO ranch. Really? Doesn’t this just come with jalapeno poppers normally? I hate the Heinz ranch and am always disappointed when I find that this is what they have given me. Horrible, I was there for about 20 minutes waiting in the Drive-Thru and all I ordered was three burgers. A total mismanaged business. Worst Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been to. And this would be the second time. I thought I would try it one more time to see if the first thing was a fluke. I am convinced this place needs a lots of help. Stay away.
