One of, if not the best, restaurants in Far Rockaway. The atmosphere is good. You can enjoy fresh delicious meals in a quite place Monday to Thursdays. Fridays and Saturdays a good bar and dancing place with dope . The servers are great and the place is always cleaned. It is a modern concept of food. You can have a good fettuccine Alfredo and fresh tacos as well as a home made churros

My husband and I went to Valentines for our anniversary dinner. We had a very nice experience. They were very welcoming, the restaurant is beautiful and clean, the food is delicious! They have a great variety of different types of Spanish foods from paella to tapas. The prices are very reasonable and affordable for a family or two. We will definitely be back soon.

Valientes has been revamped from what it was known for in the past. Same name, different owners. The food is still delicious and the service is friendly and prompt. The atmosphere and ambiance has greatly improved from how it was before. The old Valientes was more of a to go spot, even though there were tables to dine in. You went up to the counter and told the woman behind the window what you wanted on your plate. I really do miss the potato salad from the old Valientes but I’ll most definitely be returning regardless!

I was very skeptical in the beginning, but the server Roman was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. He gave us time to chose our food wisely. When the food arrived, it was presented as fine dining and looked good. Then we tasted the food it was very delicious with the food being cooked with care and finesse. The prices were reasonable and again I have to stress how wonderful the food was. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and family oriented restaurant. At the very end, my son played with another child in the most adorable way possible in the most family oriented delicious food restaurant in Far Rockaway.

My brother just moved to the neighborhood. Our mom came to visit from Florida and wanted Spanish food. Valentines has an excellent variety of Spanish American dishes. Thank you, Roman, for a great 1st experience, from the service to the drinks, and the food was on point. We ordered the meats delight EXCELLENT, Shrimp on Garlic sauce simply delicious! The nachos dish, the chips were crunchy, and HUGH portions….the Alfredo Fetucchini with mushroom was terrific. Yes, I sampled everyone’s plate. Prices are very reasonable and very affordable for a family of 6. I can’t praise this establishment enough. Highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning. KUDOS TO THE CHEF! and OWNER!

We went for a Sunday brunch. The food was fresh and well prepared. The portions were large. The only complaint was that the service was very slow. There was only one other group of diners in the restaurant and we did not order anything difficult to prepare, but it took about 30 minutes to get our breakfast.
