I’d probably give this spot a two and a half. They seemed like a good spot to try out, but half of their specials they dont honor. They’re in store menu says 20 dollar orders for delivery. Online it says 25 dollars for delivery. The store wasnt willing to work with me as far as being able to make a platter of half and half chow main and fried rice, and I spent 27 dollars on a very small portion of food that didnt taste the best. The chinese stores at the mall are way more affordable and honestly have more flavor.

GA DAMN! THIS THE BEST CHOW/LO MEIN I HAD IN RENO SO FAR. PERFECT SIZED NODDLES NOT TOO THIN OR TOO THICK. NOT MUSHY AT ALL. THEY KNOW HOW TO SEASON THESE NOODLES WITHOUT THEM BEING TOO GREASY LIKE MANY PLACES AND THEYRE CHEAPER! this will be my go-to for chow mein now. i’m so happy and it’s right by my job. i normally put extra soy sauce on my noodles but these didn’t need anything else!!! once i took a bite out of these i couldn’t stop munching and knew i needed to leave a good review ASAP. they deserve it. 1000/10 thank you! I wish I could leave negative stars!!! We ordered delivery and our food was AWFUL! Our first bite of rice was so crunchy. It was like it sat out for 2 days. Very disappointing after wanting some good Chinese food! We could have gotten better food and customer service at PANDA EXPRESS.

My experience was not a good one, terrible 1st impression. I was trying to order dinner for four and asked how many one a la carte serves. The response was “it depends if you eat a lot”. Rude! She never answered my question. After spending over $80- on dinner I asked for sweet & sour sauce to go and was offered 2, and then told I would have to pay for anything more. If each plate is served with an egg roll it makes no sense that 4 would not be complimentary. First and last time for me!

I have ordered from China Kitchen for a few years now. The food used to be excellent. However, the last two post COVID orders have been horrible. What used to be flavorful is now bland as cardboard. What used to be succulent is now dry as leather. They charge a premium price for Chinese and a ridiculous delivery fee, and I’m OK with that if the food is top shelf.

I used to take out from this place pretty regularly. It was convenient. The food was pretty good, but one time it was terrible. Literally inedible beef. I called and told them the problem and was told to bring it back. When I got there I was accused of trying to get free food out of them. Mind you, I’d been a regular at this place. They let me order another entree as a substitute. The entree I ordered cost less than my original, but they refused to refund the difference. It was amazing. I told them I would never come back, and I never will.

My visiting Auntie is a super picky eater. We ordered delivery so I didn’t have to cook. To sum it up, (while I held my breath ) my aunt and company went crazy over your food. They all raved about it. Everything we ordered was amazing, perfectly cooked and tasty. No skimping on meat and everything was fresh and hot out of the kitchen. Thank you. It’s about time we got a REALLY good Chinese restaurant! You won’t be disappointed! A+
