We arrived a few minutes before they opened and the manager was on top of his game and let us come in and order. The last time we had Tim Hortons it was in Nova Scotia. They have great donuts. I like the blueberry donut and the glazed old fashion.

The line is insanely slow more times than not & you can order the exact same drink 10 times & get 10 different drinks. Yesterday 1 cream gets you a pretty dark drink, today it’s perfect, tomorrow it’s a cup full of cream with a splash of coffee. The location is so convenient but everytime I’m stuck in line for 20-45 minutes just to get a surprise drink I think, “never again!” Then I come back the next day hoping for the best ♀️

I went in this morning and ordered 6 egg sausage cheese on muffin sandwiches and two blueberry and two lemon muffins. $31. Waited for the sandwiches (good/fresh!). Was given the bag and politely thanked. The bag seemed small to me so I asked if this was my whole order. Yes, they said. At home I told my guests how great TH was! And then found 3 sandwiches as ordered and 3 on biscuits. The bakery muffins were missing. What a terrible experience. I’ll not be back.

Love, love, love Tim Horton’s. Started going years ago in Canada, before they came to USA. One of my favorite go to places to stop locally or on a road trip. Great coffee, tea, sandwiches and pastries! Breakfast offerings are very good. Standards for food and staff pretty high and uniform across the 20 or so different locations I have visited.

I ordered a tangerine refresher as I normally do. I took a sip before driving completely away and it did not taste as it normally does. It tasted like pure water with slight orange taste. I pulled back through the drive thru to ask if it could be remade. The lady was completely rude to me and gave me a horrible tone. It made me feel so awful I just pulled away trying not to angry cry as I was being kind with my tone and words asking if it could be remade. This drink was absolutely disgusting and wasn’t even drank I poured it out right away. The other refresher we got in the same order was perfectly fine. I do not understand how someone could be so rude and genuinely just ruined my day that was already going badly.

Before Covid, this was hands down the best Tim Hortons I had been to. Ever since, and I’m not really sure why, this is the worst Tim Hortons you could go to. Cold cheese on a sandwich, inconsistent coffee, and they’re constantly out of menu items.

I live nearby so I stop maybe once a month or so as I’m not a big coffee drinker. The last time I went I ordered two hot lattes which came to me cold (like actually chilled). When I knocked on the window to return them the employee seemed extremely agitated at me. I thought it may be a fluke, so I went today again for a coffee. The latte I ordered came to me slightly above room temperature. I’m not sure the employees are getting proper training.

If I could give zero stars I would. I found hair in my ice cream after I RE ordered in the first place. Very unprofessional very dirty and slow. Next time I will have my 6 year old milk the cow and mix the batter myself and make a better product at home. Never again disgusting.
