A bit pricey in my opinion, but good food. Worth a visit once, or more if you fancy. I’ve tried twice and I’d say it’s a winner. Plus being on the Riverwalk is a convenient location to grab a bite after logging a few miles on the frontage or splashing down the river.

This place is the bomb (in a good way). Plenty of keto options (if you’re so inclined), the bases proteins toppings and sauces are delicious. One of the few places to purchase bottled soda in Banks Food Hall. Staff have always been quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

$17 for a large bowl is a little ridiculous… comparing that to a $11 bowl and somehow the $17 bowl has smaller servings sizes and tastes noticeably worse… a little disappointing but i know to avoid this place. after reading the reviews and realizing the tips don’t go to the workers i really wish i didn’t tip. $20 including tip for a mediocre bowl.

The food is always good, so good that I frequent the establishment weekly. However, today was different. Haley, the associate who assisted me, was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. When I approached the counter, she was sitting on a stool looking into her phone. Another worker was leaning on the stand behind him with his back turned to the food. Neither of them ever noticed me, so I said “hey” to get their attention. Haley gave me a small scoop of cooked shrimp and I was displeased with the amount. I inquired if there was more in the back. She said she believed so, but never followed up. When she was topping my poke with sauces, I asked her again if there was more. Before I could finish my question, she walked off on me, grabbed the bowl of shrimp and aggressively poured the remainder atop my food. It was as if I irritated her. She then walked to the back and began mouthing things about me. When she returned, I asked if everything was okay. She said yes, but her tone was sarcastic. After I paid for my food, she asked if I wanted a receipt. I assume she didn’t hear me as she asked again. I told her, “I said yes” and she mouthed words under her breathe while making a face. That’s rude, insensitive and inappropriate. I had always intended to pay for the extra shrimp and was polite the entire time. However, I felt unwelcome. As someone who visits a few times a week, this encounter made me not want to spend anymore money here.

Firstly, I really enjoy the food at Poke Sun, so much so that I usually leave a tip. One day when I went there, I spoke with an employee to ask how they would prefer to be tipped. They said “it doesn’t matter to them because they don’t get tips”…There is an option to give a tip as you pay with your card or leave money in a tip bowl. When I asked about the cash tips, the employee said again that “all tips go to the company”.

Less than 50$ for 3 People. (No Extras) We get extras, and avocado is a must. 😉 Great Variety. Super Sweet staff, I’ve gone 3 times already! I love that Colombus, GA has a fresh Poke spot.
