I placed my order online as I have done before. Got a message confirming my order went through. I drove to the restaurant and when I got there I was told my order was voided. In addition they did not have the item I ordered in stock. It would have been nice to get a call about this before I wasted my time driving to pick the order. Since they no longer take online orders I may just take my business some other place

Every time I am in New Orleans I have to stop at J’s and get their shrimp which are the size of my hand and their crawfish. The flavor is great, I went two days in a row. I wish we had one in Texas.

Folks were very very nice. The crawfish boudin was tasty but the skin was horrible. The corn was mushy. The turkey necks didn’t have time to really soak to get tender as they were running out and they brought a fresh pot from the kitchen. They were tasty but not tender. The kitchen was closed. It was a Sunday evening. I would try them again. The entire staff were extremely friendly.
