My name is Leonardo Hernandez and if I do eat out at a fast food joint I always prefer Carl’s Jr. I’m leaving a negative review because I ordered food online that my mother was kind enough to pay for and her account was charged we have the bank statement to prove it. I want to mention that another reason I’m leaving a review is because the folks inside were extremely cortious and I could tell visibly felt bad about what I was going through and the fact that all they could say is how sorry they were that they understand my frustration and that they themselves don’t know what to do. It’s about 11:15 am and I want to make sure the people here for this shift especially the people I spoke to do not get into any trouble. I’ve worked in food service my entire adult life and I will never blame the “bread and butter” of an establishment for something that is above them. I PERSONALLY BLAME EITHER THE OWNER, THE REGIONAL MANAGER, CORPORATE ITSELF, OR ALL THREE JUST SO I’M CLEAR. I DON’T WANT ANYONE WHO WAS HERE AT THIS TIME TOGET INTO ANY TROUBLE THAT WOULD UPSET ME EVEN MORE. I don’t normally bother to write reviews but even though I was complaining I feel really bad for the employees inside (including the manager lady she was really cool) and I want to make sure they know I don’t blame them. If any of their superiors would like to contact me feel free to do so otherwise get it together so your employees can do their job.

5/12/21 5:40pm my wife and I went through the drive-thru and ordered, we got our food went home and I took several bites of my burger and thought that the bacon was unusually hard when I took the chewed up piece of burger out of my mouth,there was a piece of wood half as long as my pinky finger in it so I opened up my burger and found more wood in it.talk about dangerous!!

The order was for a milkshake and it was not the correct consistency. It was very liquid and handed to us very messy. When we asked for a replacement the employee argued with us about how they could not control the consistency because it’s ice cream and milk that they had blend. Um, then you have full control over the consistency. And please just replace the incorrect product so I can be on my way and also, never come back!
