This place really is the worst Pizza Hut ever. Look at the reviews, they don’t lie. It is WELL worth the drive to Tullahoma than taking your chance here. I waited 20 minutes curbside before going in and they told me I was to call and tell them I was here. No one answers the phone anyway and the person in charge was standing there talking on it to her friend. They can’t seem to read when requesting extra sauce on the pizza either, yet wanna charge when you say it’s fine can I get some extra marinera? It’s been TWO YEARS since I have gone here, was thinking about trying today but looking at reviews, nothing has changed. Once or twice is understandable, but so many complaints about lazy, unfriendly workers? You build a reputation. Ownership needs to take note.Looks like I am headed the extra distance to Tullahoma, where they are super friendly and get my order right!

Gave two stars because despite the service, the pizza was good. Ordered online, went in to pick up inside and they said it was being cut. Husband paid for the order while it was being cut (no he did not tip) but that’s why we went and picked it up, so we could save delivery and tip… I thought that’s what you do….. he sat down and waited while 2 sets of people came in a few minutes later to get there stuff walk out and husband is still patiently waiting, after 10 minutes later he ask if it’s finished being cut. The young lady then grabs it and gives it to him after it had been ready that entire time. Ok, maybe she forgot that he was sitting there. The room was tiny but.. ok… and then when he ask for crushed red pepper and parm packets she says that will cost extra. If this is the case, the owners should seriously reconsider running this business, those things are given with pizza and never had we had to pay extra Those are givens with pizza, but my guess is that you had an upset teen that didn’t get a tip and was showing it. That should be a serious discussion to staff. You don’t just get a tip, it’s earned. And if people are coming in it’s because we didn’t want to pay a tip. We wanted to order again tonight and thought better not.

Our food was supposed to be delivered at 1:20pm, and ended up arriving at 1:55pm. It seems that our food was sitting in a car for a while, since it arrived cold. Also, the cheese on the pizza was stiff, and the breadsticks were an absolute grease fest. Really has gone downhill since the move to Main St.

Although they moved their location, the downsized spot is nice. The issues I currently am now experiencing with this particular Pizza Hut is that the pizza is undercooked, lack the consistency of heat to ready time ratio (especially if ordering in person). Also, the wait time is higher than usual. They could still have hope.

Ordered a Chicago Deep Dish and it was not good. So I called and they offered to replace it with an original stuffed crust. Even price swap. They completely understood and were very professional. They were also incredibly busy with the screen full of orders but everyone seemed to be getting their orders in a timely manner. The stuffed crust pizza was great, as always! Thanks for making it right.

They don’t answer the phone at this location. Just wanted some cinnamon sticks, I tried to order while I was in kroger but I was on hold listening too the hold song until I walked in and place my order and still no one picked up. Sad.

I waited hour for them to deliver my pizza, and it was over cooked. I tried calling the store to speak with the manager. Then was told she is to busy to talk. I won’t ever order there again.

The Woman on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She put me on hold for like 20 minutes. I placed my online order at 3pm. It said it wouldn’t arrive till 4 PM. Then I got a notification, while being on the phone. Saying that my order was on its way. Trying to get through I hung up and called again several times. Trying to explain if they can just make the Buffalo wings hotter, then just mild. The Woman on the phone didn’t even let me talk, she would immediately put me on hold again. She didn’t even let me explain why I was calling. She was VERY RUDE. & stated to “Stop calling!!”. I was so Overwhelm that I didn’t want the pizza at this point but I couldn’t even cancel the order over the phone. It’s not the first time this incident has happened at Pizza Hut. In my honest opinion I think it has to do with my area code since it’s not from Tennessee. I LOVE the pizza from Pizza Hut. It’s So Awesome especially the stuffed crust pizza. I placed my order on 11/12/22. The awesome driver that took back the pizza was Hispanic he said that the women over the phone was named Linda. Shame on you Linda. Kindness is free.

Horrible food. The pictures are breadsticks that tasted like week old bread. Pizza was stuffed crust but they forgot the actual pizza just stuffed crust. Pasta was okay but a lot of crunchy noodles. Cinnabons only good thing about entire order. First time trying from new location and will be the last. Spent over 30.00.
