Had dinner in the restaurant, a selection of their Noshes (apps), fish tacos, empanadas, crispy Brussels and meatballs, just fantastic!! Drinks were delicious and the live music was good quality although a little loud for the dining room. The bar area is cute and looks to be a great hangout. Loved it will be back for sure!

Just took a friend there to celebrate his birthday. We started off with the noshing plate of crock of balls. The meatballs were in a fresh tomato marinara sauce topped with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, severed with some crisp italian bread was delicious I loved it. Being 100% Sicilian I’m very critical about the taste of the sauce and meatballs served in restaurants. This definitely deserved five gold forks.

Amazing food, changes all the time, good drinks, the only two things to mention are it is a bit pricey. And it is very loud, weirdly so, they should add some sound proofing to the ceiling, it is hard to hear the person across from you. But overall would still go back because the food is worth it.

We went on a very busy Saturday morning. While the wait for a table wasn’t too bad, it did take a while to get the food. I’d go back for the atmosphere and those breakfast potatoes, but might bring something else to keep the kiddos occupied next time!

I love supporting small, local restaurants and have come to the Spicy Green Bean for dinner a few times. The food is always delicious but today, we went for breakfast and it left little to be desired. First off, it took us over an HOUR to get our food and when we did get it, my omelette was just thrown together, completely messy and over cooked. Not once did the waitress come and ask how our food was or refill our coffees or water. Awful service and way too long of a wait for subpar food.

Great food, nice place, but slow service. From the time of ordering and recieving the food, it took an hour – a ceasar salad, a sandwich and a falafel salad. The live music was “extremely” loud that you cannot hold a conversation with the people at your table. We did ask nicely if they could lower the amp volume, maybe they couldn’t hear our ask? In the future I will avoid dinning there on Thursday nights.

First, let me give the positives. The ambiance was great and the guitarist excellent. I hadn’t been there in about a year, but have always enjoyed the food. I used to frequent the former location. I was disappointed kimchi fried rice was no longer on the menu. I read the reviews and all recommended the pb &j wings, so I decided to give them a try. When they arrived, they were drowning in melted peanut butter. There was a small drizzle of jelly on top. It was like I was having chicken with my peanut butter. The skin on the wings was very dry. No one came to check on us, when someone came to clear the plates, I told her I didn’t like them. I had only eaten one. She made light of it and said, “It’s an acquired taste. You either love ‘em or hate ‘em.” Well, I hated them and don’t want to wait til I acquire a taste. She did not offer me something else. When our server finally returned, I told her I didn’t like them. She just said, “Ya.” The proper thing to do was to notify the manager. I didn’t want them taken off the bill, but it would be nice if I were offered something else. I left very dissatisfied as I left with my family. As I write this review, my stomach is growling because I dropped $50 and it’s empty.

This restaurant is amazing. Loved it when it was down the street, love it even more now. A huge amount of small plates (between $6-12) , so it’s a great place to go with friends and try a variety of food. If you go, don’t leave without getting the PB+J wings and tomato soup, both are life changing.
