It’s a ghost kitchen in Chili’s that’s wildly inconsistent. Sometimes the quality is excellent, sometimes the food is cold and barely cooked thoroughly. Honestly the fact you can get wings and fries for so cheap doesn’t make the risk super worth it. The cost and occasional times it’s been decent is why I’m not giving it a 1 Star. If you want wings that bad and can’t afford BWW or Wing Stop then at least it’s an option?

Ordered tonight and I’m really disappointed. Chicken was fine but they gave me a ranch sauce with something in it. Apple pie was cold. It just wasn’t good. I have ordered from here before and it was good but today just really disappointed me. I wish I could get a refund

I didn’t get food at the time it was supposed to be ready. I sat in the parking lot for over 30 min which made me late to get back to work. I was brought the wrong order. And when I finally received my order I didn’t have any napkins, utensils or a straw for my drink.
