I have to admit I haven’t seen such a dedicated and hard worker at a fast food place in such a long time, I didn’t think those type of people existed anymore. My husband and I went to this Wingstop 5/13/2023. As we walked in I just so happen to see one worker. The restaurant was clean this beautiful lady Trana was taking orders, cooking the food and maintaining a clean atmosphere all while keeping a smile on her face. She even ran food out to people and asked how was our experience and if she could help with anything. I wish I lived in the area I would definitely visit the Wingstop franchise more often. Unfortunately all locations doesn’t have such wonderful workers at their locations. As long as she is there, I am sure you will enjoy your experience! If management sees this review, she definitely deserves to be at the top of the pay grade!

I absolutely loved this place! The people working were very friendly. Our food was delicious. Honestly, they made the best bone in wings I’ve ever had. They were crunchy yet juicy & they were pretty large wings. The fries were very tasty as well. I recommend the voodoo fries! My husband had two chicken sandwiches & he said they were good, but he wished the lemon pepper seasoning wasn’t a dry rub and more of a sauce. He said the mango habenero wasn’t that spicy, but he likes spicy food. The building was very clean and seemed to be taken care of. I wish there was one closer to my house… but maybe it’s a good thing it’s not because I would go there constantly!

The customer service at this location is absolutely phenomenal. I was greeted with a smile and a wonderful attitude which is quite refreshing. Charles and Trana worked diligently to make sure that I remained a RAVING fan of Wingstop in Benton in Harbor Michigan. Wingstop Corporate should utilize their customer service skills in the main office. I train in the field of hospitality and I know good customer service and this is it. Very clean. There are three small tables off to the side if you need to eat in. The staff that day was so friendly. Food was hot and had a good flavor. I definitely recommend the corn as a side!

When I went to go grab a drink, every drink was tasting nasty and tasted like water. Once I told an employee about it they just replied with “there’s nothing I can do about it”. Very bad customer service.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The cashier knew the menu very well, she also suggested a meal for two for my husband and I and it was wayyyyy cheaper and the food(omggggg) was delicious, my chicken was cooked perfectly, my parm fries was nice and crunchy just how I like them. My husband and I will definitely be coming back to WingStop. The restaurant was really clean also and the bathroom was spotless!!!!
