I know sometimes there are issues with deliveries being delayed and having certain items in stock, but this location is repeatedly out of common menu items. And the discussion and manners of the employees sitting at the counter is extremely unprofessional. It makes it hard to want to return to this location knowing it’s being ran with such lack of care and professionalism. Key example was an employee that rolled his eyes every time he was asked to place an order in the oven by the individual at the register. I’m sorry that we’re asking so much of you? Corporate review needed at this store for overall professionalism and upkeep with making sure the store can run efficiently with having items in stock. It’s Friday night and all this store can sell is pepperoni and cheese pizza, this is causing a loss of sales for the chain. I would love to speak to someone more about this if necessary.

I love the convivence of this place and that it can be a quick to go lunch/dinner but I wish sometimes the crazy bread was cooked completely. It’s a hit or miss and you can taste the dough of it not being cooked sometimes. More times than not unfortunately.

Had to remake my pizza because it stuck to pan but didn’t even put pizza sauce on it, didn’t notice it until I was back at work because it took 40 minutes to bake a pizza and Italian cheese bread and called the store multiple times to get it fixed or money back and they won’t even answer the phone. Last time I’ll be coming here, and the only reason I’m writing a review this time is because it’s the 3rd time I’ve gotten old pizza that had to be thrown out or food that wasn’t cooked all the way. Very upset at this point to say the least.

Tried to order pizza at 7:10 PM and they said that they can’t except orders because they close at eight. Often been there before 8 o’clock and the doors are locked. Sounds like a bunch of teenagers are running the store hours.

This place is an absolute joke if a business. It’s completely random you’ll show up and they are closed. Tonight they were open but the doors were locked. After beating on the door for 10 minutes a kid comes out and says we are taking online orders only. A sign on the door would have been helpful. But it’s always something with this place.
