TikTok made me come here and I’m thankful. If you’re looking for customer service then look elsewhere because it does not exist here. They are very Haitian and there is definitely a language barrier without patience. I didn’t see a menu anywhere so I had to speak to the woman in Creole for her to get my order. She does speak English however the accent is strong. When I got there it was full of people and she has a bell in the front. They people waiting before me rang the bell several times to get her attention. The interior is very small and they are primarily a take out restaurant so there are about four chairs. Enough for at least eight people to sit down and eat comfortably. She was the head chef and the cashier at the same time. I got the Fried Turkey with White Rice and SosPwa Noir. It was so good that I ate the rice without the beans. I drank the bean sauce by itself. The meat was tender and it wasn’t dry at all. The plantains were crunchy and had a lemon flavor to it. The pikliz was sweet and spicy. I’ll definitely come back here.

Worst Haitian restaurant, I ask for legumes with diri cole (legumes with rice and bean) the put the bean sauce with the legumes. Remind you the bean sauce is what the suppose to put when you order white rice the food was cold the make all the food two day prior before and when you come to order the food, the just put it in the microwave and give it to you. Non of the food fresh or make the same day. If you wanna safe yourself from food poisoning please don’t go to this restaurant. The inside restaurant have a hard smell and look dirty

The people are respectable, the young girls that use to be at the register use to have attitude, with no manners or proper customer service. But the new lady is a very calm and quiet person, much welcoming, however please work on the food. I ordered a fry plantains with griot or turkey, one of them about 1 month ago. Though it was a little late, before they close, I end up with dry and hard plantains with dry and hard meat. I couldn’t eat it, I had to put it in the garbage. Many of us work long hrs, we sometimes don’t have the energy to go home and cook after, it doesn’t mean we don’t know how the food suppose to taste. Please take this into consideration as a constructive criticism, and don’t serve your customers just anything.

I frequent this restaurant (2-3 times a week), it’s one of my favorites spots. Service has improved in the last few months, but can be shaky. Anne’s can be packed and loud at times so carry out is your best option in my opinion. The food is good; it’s rare for quality issues. Portions are moderate and pricing is fair. Love the griot.
