This place just recently soft-opened. However, the Chef is a veteran with experience at another Italian restaurant and a catering business. We tried the margherita pizza and the P&S. Both were outstanding. The team was very kind and welcoming. This Chef is committed to quality and authentic food and it really shows. The Neapolitan style pizzas are masterfully prepared in a wood-burning oven. We are thrilled to have this option in Huntington Beach and we can’t wait to go back.
