This place has a great combination of service and product. The smoothies taste amazing cinnamon roll is highly recommended. This is a good meal replacement after a workout. Service is always welcoming, and you get a family vibe every time you go in.

I never thought I would LOVE a healthy shake but WOW. Absolutely delicious. And the service, JUST AS GOOD. Helped me pick a shake and tea, and greeting me with smiles and kindness right when I walked in the door. Will definitely be a daily customer. Amazing experience at heights nutrition. It comes without question that I’ll be visiting this place again. Absolutely outstanding hospitality by the staff. I feel extremely welcomed here. Besides the great care of the staff, the teas, shakes, and açaí bowls here are to die for! Such incredible flavor with the healthy aspect we’ll incorporated into it! They have earned a lifetime customer!

I’m from Ohio, but I visited this amazing little shop on my travels and, WOW! Was I impressed. The beverages here are so tasty and unique. The owner Zahiya is so friendly and helpful. They listened to my questions and made me a perfect shake, literally customized to me from one of their menu options. Very nice people. Very nice place.

Really disappointed in service – staff wasn’t helpful or talkative. Smallest size for kids is a 12oz (even too much for an adult to finish). Everything tasted like a vanilla protein shake and so overly sweetened. She didn’t even ask if I wanted protein powder or the other powders she put in there – again, these were all for kids, no need for protein mixes. My daughter has a whey allergy so she couldn’t even drink hers. I was most bothered by the wait – 10 minutes of listening to loud music with profanity. Again, not a very kid friendly or family friendly environment. At least play music that is pleasing to listen to for customers. I won’t be returning.

If I don’t have a shake and tea combo from The Heights Nutrition every day, I don’t feel like myself! They give me the energy I need to work all day and keep me feeling full. Every single shake I’ve tried has been downright delicious! My new favorite is pumpkin with oreo .
