Wonderful staff and chef. The dishes were amazing and delicious and flavorful. I am not a big sushi person as I have not been to a really nice place. The fish here just melts in your mouth. It was soo good. Sat next to some other patrons who were regulars and it was wonderful how the staff remember them and catered to them. Had a wonderful first experience so will come back.

Came for my birthday dinner and had the counter kaiseki with the sake pairing. Everything was executed to perfection. Master was super friendly and entertaining. It was definitely pricey but very worth it. Looking for the next occasion to splurge again. :p the pictures are just a portion of the meal, I think the alcohol got to me halfway through the meal, just go and check it out yourself.

Fabulous omakase dinner in a really beautiful setting. Loved how the screens on the ceiling give movement and dynamically shifting lighting to keep the mood constantly flowing. Each dish was superbly prepared with just the right ingredients, amount of seasoning, cooking, and presentation- very impressive. We ordered the entry level omakase for $175 per person and it was just the right amount for this visit. Hope to be back soon!

Very fresh sashimi! Very authentic Japanese food. Expensive set menu. Tea is not complimentary, $6 every cup and they will replace it without asking you. Easily consume 3 cups in a meal which can cost $18 .

Everything about Hashiri is amazing. The food, chefs, staff, service, ambiance and tableware. It’s worth every cent and one of the stand outs in a city full of amazing restaurants. We had the kaiseki + omakase course and it was almost more food than we could handle. They offer a vegetarian version of the course if you request it ahead of time. I think it falls a bit short of the regular course, but it’s also great for anyone who doesn’t enjoy fish. Everything flowed really well and the level of everything justifies its Michelin star.

Unbelievable sushi experience !!! Once you walk in, you’ll be amazed how people nice to you around. Top quality fish and, of course, meeting chef was truly worth money spent. Hashiri deserves second michelin star ⭐ Omakase Edomae Sushi were phenomenal! Great job, chef and team!

Amazing modern kaiseki dinner, focused on seasonal ingredients. I highly recommend it if you like true authentic Japanese flavors. Their fish is flown in from Tsukiji, Japan and Kyoto style dashi is out of this world. Amazing selection of sake from Japan, wine, whisky, great spot for special occasion.

Special mother’s day brunch – a bit lighter course of Kaiseki and Sushi combined. Beautiful setting of each dish, as well as high quality fish from Tokyo’s new Toyosu market. The icy water dripped green tea of the organic green tea leaves from Miyazaki is a their recent attempt and I found it amazing flavorful and great tongue cleanser.

So amazing! We really enjoyed the prix fixe menu; it allowed us to get a full sense of the seasonal offerings. Great service and the food was unparalleled. Highlights include all tuna and the wagyu.

Amazing restaurant. Every piece of nigiri was from a different part of Japan. The Chef had decades of experience and perfect technique.
