First time eating hear and def my last for sure food was terrible got a dinner plate 3 appetizer combo consisting of Pork fried rice was blah a double order or boneless spareribs which was like eating beef jerky and beef teriyaki on a stick was mediocre at best and called too complain and lady was super rude

Long’s Kitchen Selection of dishes and combinations for dinner are exsremly good. Lunch specials are super. Ownership is very friendly and stand behind every order to go. From experience when take out order is incorrect, which does not happen often, they will come back to correct it with original item ordered.

I’ve been going there for years b/c the food is good. I’m picky and demand some above average to excellent quality. Lots of chinese take out restaurants food smell like pet food and taste is sub-quality. Lately I’m disappointed with this place because twice in a row I’ve ordered pork fried rice and there was barely any pork! When I ordered recently over the phone I told the new lady and she said she would tell the kitchen. When I arrived I saw that my bill was $10 higher than usual. The new lady took the liberty to upgrade my order to all large quantities at my expense. I asked her why and she said that if the customer doesn’t say small then she orders larger. When I said I didn’t ask for large they took the food back and unloaded it into small containers. She continued to argue with me. I may not go there again. Hopefully at the time they didn’t do anything “special” to my food. I gave 3 stars only because it USED to be good. Too bad, I liked that place, when the quality was better.
